Terms of Service

Welcome to AZ Learner ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform at azlearner.me, our web app at app.azlearner.me, and the AZ Learner Android application (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at info@azlearner.me if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or any other malicious content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Print Service

The Print & Deliver feature allows you to upload documents for printing and campus delivery. By using this feature:

  • You confirm that you have the right to print and distribute the documents you upload.
  • You agree not to upload documents containing illegal, copyrighted (without authorisation), or inappropriate content.
  • You understand that uploaded documents are deleted from our servers within 48 hours of your print request being fulfilled or cancelled.
  • Payment for print services is processed via Paystack and is subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for services not rendered. To request a refund, contact us at info@azlearner.me within 48 hours of your transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Francis Pwavwe Production and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Paystack, Google Play Store, Google AdSense). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Francis Pwavwe Production and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
