Dear SRC President,
We write on behalf of AZ Learner, a student-driven educational technology platform founded at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. AZ Learner is built by UCC students, for UCC students — providing a suite of free and affordable digital tools designed to enhance academic performance and campus life.
Our platform currently offers the following services to students:
• GPA Calculator — allowing students to track and plan their academic performance;
• Document Printing — convenient on-campus printing requests via mobile;
• Course Chat Groups — moderated group chats organised by course and level;
• Leaderboard & XP System — gamified engagement to encourage consistent learning;
• Events Board — a centralised hub for academic and social events on campus;
• CV Builder — a guided tool to help students create professional CVs;
• Ambassador Programme — empowering student advocates across departments.
We are writing to respectfully request the official recognition and endorsement of AZ Learner by the Students' Representative Council. Such recognition would greatly strengthen our ability to serve the student body and would signal to the broader UCC community that AZ Learner is a trusted, student-endorsed resource.
We also wish to explore a collaborative partnership with the SRC through which we can co-promote student welfare initiatives, amplify SRC communications to our growing user base, and jointly organise events that benefit UCC students. We believe our platform's reach and the SRC's authority together create a powerful channel for positive student impact.
We would be honoured to meet with you and the SRC executive at your earliest convenience to present AZ Learner in full and discuss the terms of a mutually beneficial partnership. We are flexible with scheduling and can accommodate any time that suits the Council.
Thank you sincerely for your time and consideration. We look forward to your response.
