Dear Dean of Students,
We write with great respect to bring to your attention AZ Learner, an educational technology platform founded by students of the University of Cape Coast with the sole mission of enhancing the academic experience and overall welfare of UCC students.
AZ Learner provides a range of student-centred digital services entirely accessible via web and mobile, including:
• GPA Calculator — helping students monitor and project their cumulative academic performance;
• Document Printing — enabling students to submit print requests conveniently from their devices;
• Course Chat Groups — structured, moderated discussion spaces organised by course and level;
• Events Board — a central notice board for academic, departmental, and social events;
• CV Builder — a guided step-by-step tool to help students construct professional CVs;
• Ambassador Programme — a structured student advocacy network spanning multiple departments;
• Leaderboard & XP System — gamification features designed to encourage sustained academic engagement.
We respectfully seek the official support and endorsement of your office. Institutional recognition from the Dean of Students would immensely boost the credibility and reach of AZ Learner, signalling to the student body that this platform is a sanctioned and reliable resource for academic support.
We further request your office's assistance in facilitating our outreach to faculties and departments, so that AZ Learner can be promoted through official student welfare channels. We are committed to operating transparently and in full alignment with the University's policies and regulations governing student organisations.
We would be grateful for the opportunity to present AZ Learner to you and your team at a time of your choosing. A brief demonstration of the platform would allow us to illustrate its value to the student community more concretely.
We thank you sincerely for your leadership in supporting student welfare and for taking the time to consider this request. We eagerly await a favourable response.
